Tenrikyo Oceania Centre Newsletter : “G’day, Mate!”
The Oceania Centre’s newsletter, “G’day, Mate!” is published bi-monthly both in English and Japanese, aiming not only to provide Yoboku and followers living in the Oceania region with the seasonable voice and news from Jiba, information on the Centre’s activities and up-coming events, and the events and news from church and fellowships in the region, but also to deepen mutual understanding and friendship as followers living in the same region.
The first issue was published in March 1998, only four months after the establishment of the Centre. The present number of copies printed is 260 in English and 210 in Japanese.
Tenrikyo Publications
The Oceania Centre handles Tenrikyo publications mainly in English.
A monthly newsletter, “Tenrikyo”, published by Tenrikyo Overseas Department is delivered/sent to the church, fellowships, and Yoboku and followers’ houses in the diocese for free, along with the Centre’s newsletter. The Centre handles dozens of the Tenrikyo translated books including the Scriptures and the quasi Scriptures. For details, please feel free to contact the Centre.
